14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without needing to provide a reason. This period begins the day after you or a designated representative receives the product.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (via email) within this 14-day period. After you've notified us, you must return the product within another 14 days. You are responsible for proving that the item was returned on time, so we recommend using a tracking number.

Return Conditions

When returning an item, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide if you want to keep it. If you choose to return it, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories. Please follow the clear instructions we provide.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

You received the wrong product.

We're all human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect product, please email us a picture of the item at info@noriyana.com. Our customer service team will review it and help you get the right product.

You received a damaged or defective product.

While quality is a top priority, a damaged item can occasionally slip through. If this happens, you don't need to return the product. Simply send us an email at info@noriyana.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. If the photo confirms the damage, we will send you a new product free of charge as soon as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Underwear, masks, hygiene, and beauty products.
  • Products that have been modified.
  • Products that are not in their original, sellable condition unless the defect is our fault.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
