Payment

Your payment is charged at the time of your order and must be reviewed and authorized before we can ship it. To protect against credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those that require further review may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping

Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately. Because of this, we cannot make any changes (including address changes) after your order has been placed. We only ship to the address you provide at checkout. You will only be charged for the items you receive, plus any applicable shipping and tax charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note, we only ship on business days, not on weekends or public holidays.

Processing Times

We typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. During holidays or for popular items with high demand, processing may take longer. Your order will ship as soon as we have confirmed all items are in stock.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days, as they may come from different production partner locations.

Delivery Times

After your payment is confirmed and your order has shipped, you can generally expect your delivery to arrive within 5-15 business days.

Note: The delivery times above are only estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Noriyana is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, extreme weather, labor disputes, or other disruptions. Such issues can cause longer delays than our original estimate.

My estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated time frame. However, delays can sometimes happen. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number sent to you via email. If you haven't received your order 3 days after the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us at info@noriyana.com.
